HOLBROOK, AZ

We ended up in Holbrook, AZ to meet Troy and Meli's family that drove to AZ from Illinois. There is always jokes about my Dad's favorite restaurant that happens to be in Holbrook so they thought it would be fun to meet us there to have a good meal after traveling all that way! haha! We got into Holbrook a little early and decided to go to the ROCK STORE that has big DINOSAURS out front that we always pass by when going out of state.

We found some long lost family that had been thrown in jail... to bad we didn't leave them there. I think they could have escaped easily anyway!

Here is the famous ROMOS Mexican food restaurant the gets a lot of flack from our family(only because my Dad thinks it's the greatest place on earth to eat)Brandon made a funny print-out (that was put in my dad's menu)that was a statement about Romos being shut down due to nasty food etc. It was a funny joke. The food wasn't bad and we were given a few free appetizers due to the fact that my dad personally knows the owners that have had the restaurant for lots of years. I think my dad has eaten there for at least 20+ years!! Troy made the joke that he kept his stomach empty that day so that when he was sick after eating there he wouldn't have too much to throw-up haha.We love giving my Dad heck about it and it's all in fun!! What a great way to start your vacation in AZ Troy and Meli!!
