Mountain Lion HUNTING....

One of Jed's obsessions is MOUNTAIN LION HUNTING...So of course he is always praying for snow to fall!He will leave at 3:00am and not come home until dark most of the time. His hound dogs(Hammer,Bird Dog and Skippy)are his pride and joy! I personallydon't have anything to do with them which is FINE by me. He does all the work so he can go play. Sometimes I wonder how he can do it day after day but I know it makes him happy and is a big part of who he is so I am happy for him!Anyway... He went out one morning by himself which doesn't bother him at all and found a lion and called plenty of people to come hunt with him.Blake Godfrey and Oren Parry met down there. Brandon came down with Hal Hall and Brandon was jazzed about shooting it with a bow.So he ran and got a tag and met up with Jed and they tracked down the lion and Brandon got to shoot it. One of the best days of his life! He ate it! He said i was awesome! Brandon and the missionaries had a cook off who could make the best jerky out of it...The missionaries won cuz Brandon threw his away! Our kids had a blast hanging out with Brandon skinning it and having a bon fire at the same time!Great day for the dogs and men!
